The Commons Chelsea is a small cafe in the heart of Chelsea serving the best quality coffee drinks along with a small focused menu of breakfast & lunch sandwiches & fresh pastries. We have a large number of regulars and pride ourselves on being a true neighborhood spot! We are looking for dynamic, experienced baristas to join our team.

The person we are looking for is organized, works fast, clean & is not afraid of a busy coffee rush. Must be proficient in coffee knowledge & make latte art with ease.

Right now available shifts are Tuesday through Saturday. The ideal person is looking to work all of these days but we are open to part time as well!

Compensation is $16/hr plus tips, which total around $28 per hour, sometimes more.
