Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments for temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to store safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:
- Consider yourself a “people person” who enjoys meeting others and working as part of a team.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience and are open to learning new skills, especially the latest beverage recipes.
- Able to keep calm in a fast-paced, energetic environment while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar environment is preferred.

Shift Times:
Two shift options available:
6 AM to 1 PM
1 PM to 8 PM

Pay Rate:
$16 - $18 per hour.
