Barista – Matcha & Creme

Matcha & Creme is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Barista to join our team. We are a premium matcha and espresso café that values consistency, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare matcha, espresso, and specialty beverages to recipe standards
Deliver friendly, polite, and professional customer service at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working as a barista or in a coffee shop
Must show up to work clean, presentable, and on time
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
