Kissing Rock Coffee is looking for a Lead Barista to join us for the summer season (May-August)
•set the tone on bar
• leads by example
• raises the level of everyone around them.
This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for a barista who works clean, fast, and dialed-in—someone who takes pride in craft and can quietly elevate a team through their presence and standards.
This is a seasonal position with housing assistance available.
