When you log in to your barista account, you can access available shifts in your area - no more scrolling through pages of shifts that don’t apply to you. We have last minute one-off shifts as well as more permanent full-time gigs, so you can pick the shifts that suit your schedule. Or, to save you the hassle of looking, as an approved barista-partner you can choose to receive alerts via SMS or email when new shifts are available in your area.
Secure pay and a great rate
As a barista on our platform you get paid directly into your account with our secure Barista Pay system. No more filling in new financial paperwork at every freelance gig - just fill in your details with us and we take care of the rest. We have partnered with Stripe to ensure all your details and payment are private, safe and secure.
Once you’ve completed a shift, the cafe owner will have 24h to finalize details around total hours worked, breaks, tips etc. Once the shift is finalized, the payment goes directly to your bank account. If the shift hasn’t been finalized within 24h, your payment will be automatically processed based on the hours booked.
